Privacy Policy — Super Picture Clash
```This policy applies to the Super Picture Clash mobile app on iOS and Android.
Super Picture Clash is a general-audience local party game. It is not directed at children under 13.
What the app does
Players take or pick photos of people, bosses, and arena backdrops, then play a tabletop knock-off match on this device. Pose skills are inferred on the device. There are no accounts and no game server.
Photos and camera
- The camera and photo library are used only to bring pictures into the game (fighters, bosses, arena backdrops).
- Copies are stored in the app’s private storage on this device. Pictures are not uploaded by the game to BRAI Lab.
- You can replace or clear a picture from a slot in the app. Match honor-wall records may still show a local copy until that record ages out of the in-app history list.
Game records
Names you type, scores, and recent match history stay in local storage on this device. They are not sent to a BRAI Lab server.
Advertising
The app is free to play and is supported by Google AdMob ads (banners and, when enabled, interstitials).
Google, as the ad provider, may collect device identifiers (such as advertising ID), IP address, coarse location derived from IP, and similar technical data to serve and measure ads. That processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob terms.
The game does not send your fighter photos, arena photos, or match scores to AdMob as game content. Ad requests are separate from local pictures and scores.
On iOS, if tracking permission is required, you can refuse App Tracking Transparency. You can also reset or limit ad tracking in system settings.
Data we (BRAI Lab) do not collect
We do not operate a backend that receives:
- your photos
- your scores
- your name
- analytics accounts
- login credentials
Children
The app is intended for a general audience (friends and family playing together). It is not designed for children under 13 as the primary audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a BRAI Lab server.
Your choices
- Deny camera or photo-library permission; the game still runs with empty slots.
- Clear or replace pictures in the lobby and settings screens.
- Mute music and sound effects in settings.
- Uninstall the app to delete local copies stored by the app.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
